• Assessing workplace risks using safe risk assessment and implementing improvements.
• Organizing a workplace inspection team that makes monthly inspections to check workplace safety.
• Collecting comments and requests from employees using a suggestion box.
• Providing safety and health training to all employees each year in addition to various other training programs.
• Maintaining processes and equipment and providing regular training for emergency preparedness.
