GNF-J is constantly working on the development of new types of fuel that are safer and more energy-efficient and that allow flexibility in the operation of nuclear reactors.
In developing nuclear fuel, we combine our diverse technological strengths from areas such as reactor physics to machinery, thermal hydraulics, materials and processing technologies. Our new fuels include 10 x 10 fuel, which aims to enhance energy efficiency, and MOX fuel and recovered uranium fuel, which contribute to nuclear fuel recycling.
